Ore, East Sussex

There are many fantastic aerials view of East Sussex to enjoy from hot air balloon flights. See also other pages on this website for further inspiration.

Ore sits on the A259, with Hastings 1 to 2 miles to the southwest and Rye a simple trip roughly 7 to 8 miles northeast along the A259. With a brief trip southwest of Ore the Clement’s Caves can be found. Ore, once a village, is now the largest suburb of the large town of Hastings. Ore has several churches including the Parish Christ Church, Methodist Church, the Seventh-Day Adventist Church and the more recent Anglican Church, built in honour of St. Helen. There is also a railway, lying on the Marshlink Line.

Passengers with vouchers from Experience Day companies can, in many cases, choose the location of their flight from a range of take-off locations*.

Book a Hot Air Balloon Flight over East Sussex, or elsewhere in the UK.

Use the controls in the top-left of the image above to zoom in or out and to "move" over this part of East Sussex and view the ground as if from a hot air balloon flight in summer. Alternatively, steer with your mouse by holding down the left mouse button and moving your mouse across the scene. The buttons in the top-right of the image above enable you to switch between the aerial view (default), a road-map view, and a combination "hybrid" of the two - that is an aerial view with the road names added over the scene.
