is a delightful small market town located
on the A27 approx. halfway between Chichester
(to the west) and Sompting
(to the east). Arundel is just a few miles
north of the West Sussex coast – most
quickly and easily accessed via the A284
to Rustington and Littlehampton.
Arundel itself is blessed with a spectacular
castle, whose presence enhances the ambiance
of the town. Other attractions include Arundel
cathedral, museums, shops, cafés,
Swanbourne Lake and Trout Farm, Fontwell
Park, the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust Nature
Reserve and a wide variety of sports and
leisure facilities.
